Paul Elvere DELSART - West bound on the french side

As the promoting country of the Papillon Source, France will host several infrastructures of the Papillon Méditerranée label, as well as its headquarters. The centers will be developed on the country’s west coast, in the departments of Gironde and Landes.

Cultural Center

France will host a research and engineering development center. It will be pluridisciplinary and cover domains such as chemistry, energy, or sustainable infrastructures. Keeping a spirit of partnership, the center will also host international scientific exhibits. The goal will be to reunite researchers, scholars and alter globalization enthusiasts from all over the world.

A societal projects nursery

All environmental, agricultural, climatic or alter globalization projects will be welcomed there. The goal here is to federate talents from all over the planet and to make their ideas realities.

A spacious video recording studio

The studio will broadcast educative programs of an alternative and positive web TV, that will be accessible in several languages. Programs will have an international reach and will be entirely produced by French residents, in order to boost employment and creativity of media professionals.

Message d'Elvere DELSART - Cap vers l'Ouest côté français - LE PAPILLON SOURCE EL4DEV

En tant que pays porteur du Papillon Source, la France abritera plusieurs infrastructures du label Papillon Méditerranée, ainsi que le quartier général du label. Les centres seront développés sur la côte ouest du pays, en Gironde et dans les Landes.

Centre Culturel

La France accueillera un centre de recherche et de développement d’ingénierie. Celui-ci sera pluridisciplinaire et couvrira des domaines allant de la chimie à l’énergie ou les infrastructures de demain. Dans l’esprit de partage intellectuel, le centre abritera également des expositions scientifiques internationales afin de rassembler les chercheurs, académiques et enthousiastes altermondialistes de toute la planète.

Une pépinière de projets sociétaux

Tous les projets à portée environnementale, agricole, climatique ou altermondialiste y seront les bienvenus. L’objectif ici est de rassembler des talents venant du monde entier et de transformer leurs idées en réalités.

Un vaste studio d’enregistrement vidéo

Ce studio diffusera les programmes éducatifs d’une web TV alternative, positive et accessible en plusieurs langues. Ces programmes seront à portée internationale et entièrement produits par des français afin de stimuler l’emploi et la créativité des travailleurs des métiers de la production.

A word with the PAPILLON SOURCE's promoter- Paul Elvere DELSART

I understood very early that multidisciplinarity was key for individuals’ development but also for society in its globality. Since childhood, I have always wanted to become an entrepreneur and do my share to positively change the world. However, it had to be for a noble cause and helping people.

I am a product of the aeronautical industry, in which I have worked for 7 years in Toulouse and Paris metropolitan area. But my goal never was to thrive professionally by following the classical path.

Looking at the current issues of social integration and the lack of opportunity for youth worldwide, my idea was to successfully create a scientific, intellectual, and uniquely creative spirit of partnership, and that through ambitious, decentralized, and transnational events. Such a movement would inevitably have lasting changing impacts on the current rules established in the domain of international affairs and of a mostly economic diplomacy.

Such a movement would inevitably create unity among nations.

Such a mechanism will be unstoppable once ignited because it will give the world an opportunity to change the paradigm.
